🧩 What will you do?
As a Recruiter, you are responsible for the coordination and follow-up of the full recruitment and selection process within Belgian Pork Group.
Acting as a true business partner, you identify the needs of management and line leaders and translate these into a sustainable recruitment strategy. You build strong relationships with external partners while keeping an eye on cost efficiency.
You work closely with our marketing department to translate our DNA and company culture towards the external job market. You love thinking creatively about campaigns and solutions that strengthen our employer brand.
Despite the competitive and challenging labour market, you know how to convince candidates to join The Belgian Pork Group.
Finally, you’re passionate about data and KPIs, allowing you to adjust your approach whenever needed.
🎯 What you bring
You have broad experience in recruitment, preferably in a production environment.
You have a strong ability to read people and situations.
Your excellent communication skills help you build bridges between management, line teams, and the external labour market.
You thrive on collaboration and making things happen.
You enjoy being hands-on but also like to take a helicopter view when needed.
You speak Dutch fluently and have a good command of English and French.
