To strengthen our team and support our growth, we are looking for a Supervisor (start time: 9am)
As a Supervisor, you will be responsible for effectively leading and coordinating our production activities.
You will manage a team of production employees and ensure that all operational objectives are achieved in compliance with established quality standards.
Participate in production and personnel planning
Participate in production control, including efficiency, quality and safety
Coach and supervise employees
Lead and motivate a production team
Optimize production processes
We are looking for:

Someone who makes decisions based on the objectives to be achieved and you see problems as a challenge
A communicative person, which allows you to approach the team in a coached manner
A flexible & hands-on personality who has interest and experience for a job with responsibilities
Who has good language skills in Dutch, French and English.
