Zone Supervisor
Are you a natural leader with an eye for quality and a passion for production? Westvlees is looking for motivated Zone Supervisors for both our cutting rooms and production departments.
🧩 What will you do?
As a Zone Supervisor, you are responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of your assigned area. You oversee daily activities and lead your team with a strong focus on quality, safety, hygiene, and animal welfare.
Your responsibilities include:
Organising and coordinating the activities within your assigned zone
Leading, motivating, and supporting team members while ensuring tasks are carried out correctly
Ensuring compliance with hygiene, safety, and animal welfare regulations
Monitoring production and quality targets and taking corrective action where necessary
Identifying deviations or issues and responding appropriately
Working closely with other Zone Supervisors and the Production Management team
Contributing to the continuous improvement of processes and working methods

You have experience in a production environment, preferably within the food or meat processing industry.
You have strong leadership and organisational skills.
You are results-oriented and able to make decisions quickly.
You have a strong focus on quality, safety, and hygiene.
You remain calm under pressure and thrive in a dynamic working environment.
You communicate clearly and know how to motivate others.
You are proficient in Dutch, French, and English.
You are flexible, as this is not a typical 9-to-5 role.
