🧩 What will you do?
As a Zone Supervisor in the cutting departments, you are responsible for the smooth and correct execution of activities within your assigned zone. You lead employees and ensure production, quality and safety are maintained at a high level.
You organise and coordinate activities within your zone
You guide and motivate employees and ensure tasks are carried out correctly
You ensure compliance with hygiene, safety and quality regulations
You monitor production and quality targets and make adjustments where necessary
You identify deviations or issues and take appropriate action
You work closely with other zone supervisors and production management
You contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and working methods

Experience in a (industrial) production environment, preferably in the food or meat sector
Strong leadership and organisational skills
Results-driven and able to make decisions quickly
Focus on quality, safety and hygiene
Stress-resistant and capable of working in a dynamic environment
