Supervisor

🧩 What will you do?
Lead and motivate a team of around 20 colleagues, ensuring they are aligned and engaged in their tasks.
Organize and coordinate activities on the production floor to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow.
Jump in where needed – at Westvlees, we lead by example and aren’t afraid to get our hands dirty.
Help create and manage the staff planning, keeping an overview of capacity and shifts.
Tackle problems as they arise or escalate them promptly to your manager.
Act as the first point of contact for your team and serve as the bridge to the management.
Ensure quality, safety, and hygiene standards are upheld in your zone at all times.
🎯 What do you bring?
You are a true people manager: you know how to motivate, lead, and help a team grow.
You communicate clearly — both on the shop floor and with your supervisors.
You stay calm under pressure and like working towards clear goals.
You have a hands-on mentality: for you, leading also means helping out.
You speak fluent English and/or French.
You are comfortable working with MS Office.
You have some leadership experience, or you are eager to take your first steps in this area.
