🧩 What will you do?
As a Line Supervisor, you are a key figure on the production floor. You ensure that operations within your area run smoothly, safely, and efficiently while maintaining the highest quality standards. Thanks to your organizational skills and people-oriented approach, you lead your team and keep production on track.
You lead a team of approximately 20 colleagues and create a positive, motivating work environment.
You ensure everyone clearly understands their tasks and maintain an overview of the production floor.
You organize and coordinate daily activities to keep production running efficiently.
You actively support operations whenever needed and lead by example.
You identify issues in time, find appropriate solutions, or escalate them to your manager when necessary.
You are the first point of contact for your team and act as the link between the team and management.
You continuously monitor quality, safety, and hygiene standards within your area.
You are a natural people manager who knows how to motivate, guide, and develop a team.
You communicate clearly, both with colleagues on the production floor and with your managers.
You stay calm under pressure and enjoy working towards clear goals.
You have a hands-on mentality: for you, leading a team also means rolling up your sleeves and getting involved.
You are fluent in English, French, and/or Dutch.
You already have some leadership experience, or you are eager to take your first steps in a leadership role.
You are flexible and able to adapt to changing priorities.
