(Electro)mechanical Technician - Cutting Room

🧩 What are you going to do?

As an electromechanical technician, you are responsible for ensuring the optimal operation of the machines and installations in our cutting room. You work in a modern production environment where accuracy, hygiene, and efficiency are key.

Your tasks:

  • Performing maintenance and repairs on cutting machines, conveyor belts, packaging lines, and portioning systems

  • Resolving both mechanical and electrical malfunctions

  • Replacing and repairing parts such as bearings, motors, sensors, blades, and drive systems

  • Adjusting and optimizing machines for smooth and high-quality production

  • Carrying out preventive maintenance according to schedule

  • Contributing to technical improvements to enhance efficiency and reliability

  • Collaborating with fellow technicians and production staff

  • Strictly adhering to safety, hygiene, and food safety regulations (HACCP)

🎯 What do you bring to the table?

  • You have a degree in mechanics, electromechanics, or equivalent experience

  • You have a strong interest in maintenance and technology within a production environment

  • Both mechanics and electricity appeal to you

  • You are able to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics

  • Experience with production or food-processing machines is an advantage

  • You work accurately and have an eye for hygiene

  • You have a practical mindset and are solution-oriented

  • You are flexible and able to work independently
